We offer free shipping to each customer and delivery the orders to the worldwild, no matter where you are, as long as our customer, you could enjoy best service fomr us! Your order will be shipped out within 2 working days by USPS or DHL , also enjoy door to door service, 7-14 business days to receive the package. If you need it faster, We will use an appropriate carrier to despatch your order. Your order need to placed before 5 PM for same day despatch. Please note that the faster shipping cost will be confirmed before the payment process is complete. Friendly Notice: PO Boxes - We do not ship to PO Box Addresses or freight forwarding addresses.
If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number in 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders tracking. The tracking infomation will be sent in 5 working days for customized items.
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us with returning shipping address before sending the items back. And make sure all items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
We accept return if the goods are damaged, or there're any shipping errors, such as you received a wrong model, wrong size or wrong color jersey. You'd better take a photo of goods that you want to change and show it as an evidence to us for us to confirm the information and deal with the issue for you soon. All the issues should be solved within 30 days, including exchanging time.
All ordered items are the right items you pick in romaplayeronline.com. And if returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address that we email you.
